I get the pleasure of playing in JuniperTar with some really great fellers. Chris DeMay joined us on keys and guitar about two years ago, but outside of JT he writes some pretty amazing songs on his own. Before he wised up and decided to record his new album “Bigger than Small” at Howl Street with Shane, we sat and attempted to record an acoustic and vocals at our Lodge. Well, his full album is fucking fantastic. I took a song called Drag, and messed around with it a little bit. It doesn’t sound as good as what Shane pumped out, mainly because the free time I had over the holidays is apparently the same free time for the dope smokin metal dudes next door!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, if you don’t have it you should pick up a copy of Chris’ new record. It’s really something else.
